These terms apply when you browse the Globetrotting Kirks website, use its interactive features, contact us about travel, or access a client portal account. Travel bookings may also be subject to separate terms supplied by Fora Travel and individual travel providers.

1. About the website

Globetrotting Kirks provides travel inspiration, editorial content, trip-planning information and tools for communication with our travel advisors. Globetrotting Kirks is affiliated with Fora Travel. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a binding offer to provide travel at a particular price or on particular terms.

2. Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate information when contacting us or managing travel, and avoid conduct that disrupts the website, attempts unauthorized access, sends spam, or infringes the rights of others. We may limit access to features where reasonably necessary to protect users, records and the website.

3. Client portal accounts

Client portal access is available to eligible clients with matching records. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share your login, access another person's travel records without authorization, or use the portal for any purpose other than your own authorized travel arrangements. Contact us if your account information is incorrect or you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access to protect the account or investigate misuse.

Information shown in the portal, including trip dates, reservation details, reminders and confirmation numbers, is intended to help organize your travel. Please verify time-sensitive or critical details against the supplier's official confirmation and travel documents. If information differs, contact us promptly.

4. Travel planning and bookings

Submitting a request, inquiry, form, or message does not create a confirmed booking or guarantee a price, availability, itinerary, room type or other travel service. Reservations are subject to confirmation by the relevant travel supplier. Prices, taxes, inclusions, schedules, availability and requirements may change before confirmation.

Travel suppliers may impose their own booking terms, payment schedules, cancellation and refund rules, change fees, eligibility conditions, and other restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing those terms and any booking documents provided to you. Any travel-advisor planning or service fees, if applicable, should be separately disclosed before you agree to them; these website terms do not establish a specific fee.

5. Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for checking that names and other reservation details are correct; obtaining valid passports, visas, entry authorizations, vaccinations or other required documents; and understanding applicable entry, health, safety and insurance requirements. Requirements can change and may depend on nationality, transit points and individual circumstances. Consider travel insurance appropriate to your trip, and review policy terms and exclusions carefully.

6. Third-party travel services

Airlines, cruise operators, hotels, guides, tour companies, insurers and other travel providers are independent businesses responsible for delivering their own services under their applicable terms. We aim to help you navigate arrangements and resolve questions, but we cannot guarantee the performance, availability or conduct of third-party providers, or the absence of disruptions beyond our control.

Text, original photographs, graphics and other content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to their respective owners. You may browse and share links for personal, noncommercial use. Do not republish, scrape in bulk, sell, or reuse site content or photographs without permission, except where law permits. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

8. Blog comments, chat and submissions

When you send a message, submit a comment, or use live chat, you agree not to post unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or confidential information about another person without authorization. We may moderate or remove inappropriate submissions. Do not send credit-card numbers, passwords or sensitive identification documents through public comments or ordinary chat.

Live chat availability is not guaranteed. Offline messages may be answered later by email or through the website, and the service is not intended for emergencies or urgent travel disruptions.
