July 17-24, 2027: UnCruise's Wild, Woolly, and Wow with Glacier Bay
Overview
Join us for a peak season sailing of this phenomenal expedition itinerary with fabulous UnCruise Adventures. Take advantage of our great group rates!
Why UnCruise?
Regan sailed this exact expedition in May 2026 and cannot say enough positive things about the experience. View her full trip report here.
During her week-long adventure, she saw numerous whales and bears from the ship, kayak, and skiff; enjoyed two different orca pods; bushwhacked through untamed forest; rode a skiff through icebergs near Dawes Glacier; and more!
The expedition team was phenomenal, and we've done enough expeditions (Quark, HX, Lindblad, Viking) to know what we're talking about. They made every effort to get us out twice a day on the adventures of our choosing. There was something for everyone. A family with three generations greatly enjoyed the experience.
Important Notes About Alaska
- Wildlife: July is the start of peak season for wildlife sightings in Alaska, especially bears and humpback whales. In addition, we're likely to see bald eagles, sea lions, seals, sea otters, orcas, and more!
- Expedition cruising at its finest: Expedition cruising is a very special kind of experience! The itinerary is fluid and the expedition team works tirelessly to ensure we get the best time on excursions.
- Glacier Bay: Anyone who knows Alaska will tell you this is a highlight, and not all cruise ships can get there. Even fewer companies are allowed to spend the night in the park. On Regan's recent trip, she kayaked and bushwhacked in Glacier Bay and saw multiple bears, whales, river otters, seals, porpoises, and eagles over the course of just one day!
- Juneau roundtrip: Most Alaska cruises require a stop in Canada due to maritime law. UnCruise Adventures is one of only a few that can operate entirely within Alaska, maximizing your time.
About the Group
The Globetrotting Kirks are returning for this sailing after Regan loved it in May 2026, and we hope you can join us! Our rates start as low as $7,380 pp vs. the public rate of $8,500. Families are welcome, but note that the minimum age for this sailing is 8 years old.
Itinerary Information
