We do not charge planning fees to book cruises or hotels.

For custom itineraries, a planning fee will typically apply. This is a research fee and an indication that you recognize the value of the time that will be spent researching and planning for you.

We'll explain whether a fee applies, and what it covers, before you commit. Tell us what you're dreaming of and we'll talk through the details.

We became travel advisors out of a desire to share our passion wtih others and to make adventures more accessible to all. One way we've expressed that passion is by curating experiences we think our clients will love--and then inviting them to join us on them. We're hosting our first small group safari to South Africa in November 2026; accompanying clients to Antarctica on Scenic's ultra-luxury Eclipse II in December 2026, January 2028, and February 2028; bringing clients along for the Spotlight Retreat to South Africa in August 2027 to enjoy Broadway stars and safari; hosting clients on luxury Emerald Kaia along the Croatian Riviera at the end of August 2027; and currently planning a small-group safari to Botswana in October 2028.

Yes! We can help you book flights, although we have access to the same publicly available airfares you can find yourself, rather than special discounted flight pricing.

Flights booked through Fora Flights carry a $50 booking fee per ticket. That fee includes access to a 24/7 assistance hotline in the event of travel emergencies.

Absolutely. We love extraordinary experiences, but that doesn't have to mean the most expensive option. We can help with cruises, wildlife adventures, expeditions, independent travel, and custom itineraries across a range of styles and budgets.

That's great! Tell us what you've found and we can discuss whether we can help book it, what support we'd provide, and whether any preferred benefits may apply. Not every rate or supplier is eligible for added amenities.
